We are backed by a 24-hour veterinary service via the practice of the Village Veterinary Hospital, however in a non-emergency situation we may use your pet’s veterinarian where we feel a continuity of care would be advantageous. You are financially responsible for any veterinary care required for your pet while it is being boarded.

Medication Policies & Procedures |
| If your pet is on medication, you must advise us of the nature of the problem and the type and frequency of the medication both at the time of booking and on arrival. We recommend that you provide both an adequate supply of medication for your pets stay and also clearly written instruction from your vet. |
